Monthly Membership Invoice

What's included in the monthly invoice?

All monthly Kitchen membership invoices are recurring. We do not make changes to monthly invoices unless specifically requested through our storage modification form prior to the 25th of the month and approved by our Management team. Monthly invoices include your access fee (N&W/FT) and monthly storage usage. 


How do I read my invoice?

This is a sample monthly membership invoice.  


Access Type

Your Access Type is the hours you've have access for production. We offer two types of access: Nights & Weekends (6pm-7am MF and 24/7 on Weekends) and Full-Time (24/7/365).


We offer weekly and monthly storage options at Union Kitchen. Your monthly invoice includes ONLY your monthly storage. 


Quantity is the number of units you've purchased. For example, if you have three shelves, the Quantity column will read as 3. 

Rate Per Unit

This is the rate, or price of a single item. If we go back to the example of a shelf, the rate per unit is $75. If you purchase 3, the total will be $75 x 3 ($225).


This is the total amount due.  It is calculated by multiplying the "Quantity" column by the "Rate" column.


Payment (at the bottom right) is where you will find the total amount due.


When is payment due?

We send monthly draft invoices ten days prior to drawing. If you see anything that is off, please let us know so we can get it right. We draw one day prior to the 1st of the month for the following month’s payment. We use Quickbooks to process all of our payments and send invoices. 

All monthly kitchen membership fees are due in full prior to the 1st for the following month. We do not pause memberships or offer payment plans.
