We pride ourselves on our ecosystem of entrepreneurs working together to achieve our mission of Building a Successful Food Business. To allow all of us to collectively achieve our mission, we have created a system of fees for infractions that hurt the community as a whole.
Infractions that will lead to fines include, but are not limited to:
- Not cleaning communal equipment after use
- Leaving dirty dishes at your station/on the hotline/in the dish pit.
- Not returning clean equipment back to the equipment library
- Parking in the Alley
- Leaving boxes and storage item in the communal production area
All fines issued are $50. Repeat offenders may be asked to attend a Kitchen Reorientation before returning to production.
