I received a fine. What's that?

We pride ourselves on our ecosystem of entrepreneurs working together to achieve our mission of Building a Successful Food Business. To allow all of us to collectively achieve our mission, we have created a system of fees for infractions that hurt the community as a whole.

Infractions that will lead to fines include, but are not limited to:

  • Not cleaning communal equipment after use
  • Leaving dirty dishes at your station/on the hotline/in the dish pit.
  • Not returning clean equipment back to the equipment library
  • Parking in the Alley
  • Leaving boxes and storage item in the communal production area

All fines issued are $50.  Repeat offenders may be asked to attend a Kitchen Reorientation before returning to production.
