What happens when payment is not received for Membership?
If payment is not received in full by the first, we temporarily suspend membership until the account is brought back into good standing. Our Accounting Team let us know that the payment has successfully processed.
Reinstating Membership
Membership is reinstated once we have received full payment. Union Kitchen has up to 2 business days to reactivate key fobs.
Producing on a Suspended Account
To reinstate a suspended membership, we need to receive full payment and updated banking and credit card information using this form.
Producing while membership is suspended is a trust lessening behavior and will result in:
- 1st offense: $150
- 2nd offense: $300
- 3rd offense: Union Kitchen may terminate your membership effective immediately
