What to Expect in Level 3
We’re excited for you to take the next step into Level 3. Level 3 at Union Kitchen is all about training and having a deeper connection with our ecosystem.
In Level 1 and 2, you learned the tasks to contribute as an individual to our ecosystem. In Level 3, you will apply that knowledge towards training others on these tasks. We will introduce how to effectively set expectations with SAT Tasks, what it means to train with the 3Ds, and provide reinforcing and corrective feedback with What-What-Why and What-Why.
Certificates by team
Each training must be purchased by your General Manager. Do not purchase any trainings on your own! After finishing a training, email your General Manager a copy of your certificate of completion.
